Sunday, November 7. Snowcat ride above the lodge, dinner by the fire, bunk room, breakfast, ride down Monday. 21 places; IATVS members first.

  • Breakfast is on your own in the lodge restaurants. Gala Dinner and lodge rooms are booked separately.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Through June 30, 2027: full refund less a $75 processing fee.
  • July 1 – September 30, 2027: 50% refund.
  • From October 1, 2027: no refund.
  • Substitutions are welcome at any time; any difference in category is charged or refunded.
  • Visa refused: full refund less the $75 fee, with the consulate’s letter, up to the first day of the congress.
  • Gala Dinner tickets follow the same dates. Silcox Hut places are non-refundable after August 31, 2027 unless we resell your place from the waiting list.
  • If we cancel the congress, you receive a full refund of everything you paid us. We are not responsible for travel or lodging costs, so we recommend travel insurance.
